Team Structure
The team size, reporting structure and the frequency of reporting will be frozen during advanced stages of discussion.
- Accounting Team - Size depending on the volume of work
- One engagement Partner to ensure regular supervision of the work and reporting to the client
- Senior Partner (Shall put in the checks and balances required in the whole engagement and will interact with the client in times of necessity like trouble shooting, additional engagements etc.)
